The new Subsea 7 will enable clients to access a high-end, well diversified fleet, comprising 42 vessels supported by extensive fabrication and onshore facilities able to deliver the full spectrum of subsea engineering, construction and services.
Worldwide demand for energy is expected to increase. The resulting depletion of existing reserves may put increasing pressure on some of the world’s leading energy companies to bring new reserves to the market, wherever they lie.

OUR PRINCIPAL AREAS OF OPERATION
Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flowline (SURF) systems
We are experts in the design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of SURF systems. It is the most significant proportion of our business and our largest growth market.
Our SURF services include engineering and construction for subsea field developments, pipeline and riser systems and associated services.
Life-of-Field
We deliver a full suite of services across all categories of Life-of-Field work, including inspection, maintenance and repair, integrity management and remote intervention. Supported by proven project management capability, technical expertise and new technologies, these services can be provided using either Subsea 7 owned or client-supplied vessels.
These services are enhanced by working with industry partners in developing and delivering cutting-edge products and technologies.
Conventional Services
Our deepwater expertise is complemented by conventional construction skills and capabilities that help our clients solve complex hydrocarbon extraction and field development problems.
Conventional Services include fabrication and installation of fixed platforms and associated pipelines, as well as hook-up and platform refurbishment.
New areas of operation Renewables
There is a wealth of opportunity outside the traditional subsea services particularly in renewable energies. Our proven seabed-to-surface expertise, capabilities, strong safety and risk management processes and systems, are fully transferable to support this emerging market.
